Please join us for our second supplier supper club on 15th April, in collaboration with Ashkar Winery.

Founded by Nemi Ashkar in 2010, Ashkar Winery is based in Kufur Yasif, continuing a long tradition of winemaking in the Ashkar family's homeland village Iqrit. Amir, Nemi's son, is the second generation of winemakers at Ashkar and together they produce both single varietals and unique blends, three of which you can find on our wine menu.

At our next Supper Club, Amir will be joining us in London to share his passion for their Palestinian vineyard and the story behind it. Enjoy a paired menu curated by Fadi and Amir: Ashkar’s floral Bayad alongside akub’s breads, Mafghoussa and Palestinian olive oil, the sharp and crisp Sauvignon Blanc alongside Nabulsi cheese, the herbaceous and fruity Merlot alongside the Langoustine zibdiyyeh, and the robust earthy Doer alongside the Crunchy mansaf balls.  The event is part of our continued efforts to raise funds for the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, with 30% going towards Anera, Medical Aid for Palestine, and Amos Trust.
